July:
• 7 half-pints raspberry jam
• 4 pints bread & butter pickles
• 3 pints dilly beans
• 6.5 pints corn relish
• 8+ half-pints cherry jam
• 6 pints bread & butter pickles
• 1 pint caraway beets
• 5 pints summer squash pickles
• 2 quarts spiced red cabbage
• 6 pints dill pickles
• 7 half-pints apricot jam

August
• 17 quarts tomatoes (water-pack)
• 7 pints peaches
• 2.5 pints salsa

September
• 6 half-pints yellow pear tomato salsa
• 3 quarts peaches
