Even though it was almost 60 degrees here today, Jackson is ready for the snow! We did our little "busy beaver" routine as far as winter gear is concerned this weekend. Jackson is now outfitted with a hat and mittens (not handknit, sometimes it's just easier to buy the cheap, cute stuff at Target...), fleece snowsuit from my Farmgirl friend Kate in Utah, "weather-proof" snowsuit and boots from REI and this totally, totally, totally cool sled. I don't want to wish away the rest of this beautiful fall, but I'm sure hoping that we will actually have some snow this year! Jackson was born during the snowy months last year, but this still feels like his "first snow" since he was so little then. We can't wait to play with the white stuff!
