They will become Southwestern Stuffed Peppers this week. Now, if only I hadn't forgotten the salsa and the chilis...

Ready for fresh again
I know I should be good and just wait for the local ones to come into season (instead of being impatient and buying the expensive ones from Mexico), but these beautiful red peppers just sang out to me at the Co-op today.
